• WS2951685220 - 1 WS2951685220 - 2 Cleaning of SNCB buildings in the Center district. This includes both public spaces (stations, stopping points, etc.) and non-public spaces (offices, etc.). This does not include maintenance workshops and repair of rolling stock. This market is composed of two (2) lots: • Lot 1: non-public spaces (office buildings, etc.) for an estimated value of EUR 20,065,758 for a duration of 6 years and 4 months. // • Lot 2: public spaces (stations, points shutdown, etc.) for an estimated value of 28,937,388 EUR for a period of 6 years and 4 months. // The contract has a maximum duration of 6 years and 4 months. The planned notification of the contract is set for May 1, 2027 and the expected start date of the contract is the 1st September 2027. Prizes can be awarded separately. It is possible to apply for several lots. The surfaces to be cleaned and the quantities that will be included in the inventory are estimated quantities based on this market. They are in no way binding on SNCB which may modify them during the contract. The framework agreement does not grant exclusivity to the contractor.
