Description:
In the past year, the local administration has registered via the design agency "Andy Malgier BV", on 0892.752.069 in Frezenbergstraat 29 in 8980 Zonnebeke. This design agency is in possession of the intellectual property with regard to the master plan. In other words, no changes can be made to the plans be given the explicit approval of the original designer before obtaining the explicit approval. This is an aspect that is a burden for the client.
