• This contract is a service contract which aims to provide various services relating to: - catering for residents of the “HOME SAINT JACQUES” REST HOUSE in Roeulx, meals for some visitors, meals and/or soups for the specific and punctual needs, - the manufacture of meals at home for hot delivery. - to the manufacture of meals for the children of the nursery in hot liaison -the supply of food and additional supplies for the Rest Home, for the crèche and for other C.P.A.S. services, To do this, the bidder uses the premises and equipment specific to the MRS “Home Saint Jacques”. It includes the supply of foodstuffs and food products and the establishment of a manager of Qualified and experienced cook responsible for the management and operation of the kitchen.
