Description:
The framework agreement concerns the supply of catering products/formulas tailored to the end customers of the contracting authority. These end customers act as organizers of events and other activities in the conference center on a temporary rental basis. These events can take place at any timer moment - at the choice of the end customers - can be organized, so that no fixed delivery times can be determined and these only take place on demand by the contracting authority that contracts with the contractor at the request of the end customers.
The ordered catering products/formulalessons are prepared in the contractor's own infrastructure, as no infrastructure is made available for this at the place of delivery where the events/activities are organised. Except for logistics facilities, there is no catering infrastructure available where dthe contractor can use.
