- The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of services relating to studies of mobility, circulation, travel, parking, all modes of travel combined. Description of the services to be performed: This contract is a contract for services awarded in the form of a framework agreement whose terms are fixed with a maximum of 3 service providers (article 43 of the law of June 17, 2016). This framework agreement concerns a consultancy and assistance market in the context of mobility, traffic, travel, parking, all modes of travel combined. The collection of data necessary for the studies may be carried out within the framework of this framework agreement, in particular on the basis of counts and field surveys. The studies could consist of one or more types of analyzes contributing to different objects: current state, modeling, multi-criteria impact analyses, proposals for new or modified infrastructure developments, travel plans (companies, schools, etc.), transport of people and/or goods. These studies will cover various needs linked to the projects carried out by the SPW Mobility and Infrastructure and enabling the achievement of the objectives of its Regional Mobility Strategy.
