Description:
The aim of the assignment is to carry out services relating to green management and maintenance, nature management and landscape restoration and maintenance 'Extra Muros' on the Lokeren territory and by extension also on the Moerbeke territory. This includes: mechanical weed control, mowing of grassash, pruning plants, shearing hedges and massifs, disease and insect control, removing green waste and litter, and other miscellaneous services.
In accordance with Article 15 of the law of 17/06/2016, this assignment is reserved for sheltered workshops within the meaning of government legislationdsassignments and to social inclusion companies. For the conditions that tenderers must meet, reference is made to Article 59 of the law of 26/03/1999.
The contract is concluded for the period from the conclusion of the contract until 31/12/2024. The possibility is provided tosubject to favorable evaluation by the board, the assignment can be extended 3 times for 1 year each time (2025-2026-2027).
