- The present assignment concerns the execution of road and sewerage works in the Hekkergemstraat and Stationstraat on the territory of the municipality of Wichelen, where: PART I: Hekkergemstraat (between Wettersestraat and Stationstraat) and Stationstraat PART II: Hekkergemstraat (between Stationstraat and Trompstraat) This assignment includes in particular: - Cutting down trees - Preparatory works and demolition works of existing pavements - Breaking up existing pipes and inspection pits - Earth moving - Construction of pavements and associated foundations: • New roads in bituminous pavement• Parking lanes in grass concrete tiles • Footpaths in concrete paving stones • Intersection Hekkergemstraat-Zwanewegel and Hekkergemstraat-Stationstraat in natural stone cobblestones • Zwanewegel in cement concrete paving - Construction of traffic plateau - Installation of linear elements - Construction of gravity lepipes 250 to 800 mm in open trench with associated sheet piling • DWA sewerage: o Green pipes diameter 250, 300, 400 and 500 mm • SHE sewerage: o Concrete pipes diameter 400, 700 and 800 mm o Reinforced concrete pipe diameter 400 mm - Making a house - and gully connections - Making inspection wells: prefab concrete - Construction of various structures - Signage - Green construction and management: • Soil preparations • Construction of perennials • Construction of trees and associated structures - Reduced nuisance measures - Maintenance of the works during the guarantee period Subject to: - Grout screens - Zuiveringsinstallatie
