- The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement for external transport carried out by an external transport company. The assignment includes the transport of, among other things: medical instruments, sterile sets diagnostic samples and laboratory materials medication food and refrigerated goods This transport must meet strict conditions regarding safety, hygiene, temperature control, traceability and discretion. The contract involves journeys between the Contracting Party's camps Government, to other hospitals in Belgium or an occasional trip abroad. On the one hand, the journeys have an urgent nature where a high degree of flexibility and response time ( 30' - 24h/7d) is expected and on the other hand a non-urgent character (24h/7d) furthermore, there are journeys of a fixed nature where fixed transport schedules are used and there are journeys of a relatively fixed nature where a transport schedule and/or location can be deviated from. the assignment is divided into following plots: -lot 1: on-call trips of an urgent and non-urgent nature -lot 2: rides with a relatively fixed character -lot 3: food journeys with fixed character refrigerator -lot 4: truck rides with a fixed character the order will be in be described in detail in the second phase of the placement procedure, i.e. the award phase. doc title: carrying out external transport for the east limburg hospital contract type: services
