- The Kyiv Regional Clinical Hospital will undergo a capital repair of the operating unit on the 7th floor of Surgical Building No. 1. The project includes dismantling outdated structures, installing new soundproof and moisture-resistant partitions, antibacterial flooring, and sanitary wall and ceiling finishes. Engineering systems will be modernized with new heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems with recuperation, upgraded electrical and lighting networks, and low-current communication systems. Special attention is given to hygiene standards, zoning of clean and contaminated areas, optimized patient and staff logistics, and compliance with fire safety, while preserving the building's facade. The Chernihiv Regional Blood Center will also be comprehensively modernized. Planned works include facade insulation, roof replacement, elevator installation, and accessibility improvements. Inside, functional spaces will be replanned and finished with disinfectant-resistant materials suitable for medical use. All engineering networks will be reconstructed, including HVAC with recuperation, power supply, lighting, and low-current systems. The upgraded facility will feature modern laboratories, storage areas for blood components, fire protection, and sanitary airlocks to separate clean and contaminated flows.
