Description:
All work concerns existing constructions, without surface modifications. The project consists of replacing the existing facings as well as a glass roof (entrance to the building) of an office building which houses civil service services. public. This work includes: - Complete removal of existing facade cladding, - Preparation of supports, - Implementation of a new insulating cladding system, - Removal of the building access glass roof, - Reconstruction a classic access volume with a flat roof, - As well as the interior fittings induced by these transformations. All interventions will be carried out taking into account the need to maintain the activity of the building during the work. The project has as its main objective the thermal, aesthetic and functional improvement of the exterior envelope, while guaranteeing the continuity of operation of the occupied interior spaces. This requirement involves rigorous planning and methods intervention adapted to a construction site on an occupied site. Existing layout and constructive opportunity The existing exterior joinery is currently installed in the interior plane of the load-bearing masonry, made of concrete blocks of a thickness of 20 cm.
