Candidate for "Padelinfrastructure" with regard to Sportpark Sneppenbos
Padel is the fastest growing sport in Belgium. Currently the demand for padel fields is much larger than the offer. The AGB wants to respond to this by establishing at least 2 and a maximum of 4 padel fields in the plan area of the Sneppenbos sports park. Sportpark Sneppenbos is a site at which various leisure activities (new sports hall with accompanying sports fields, various sports disciplines, play equipment, cafeteria, etc.) were clustered. A further expansion with padel fields is therefore a logical step to set up and exploit the relevant site as optimally as possible as a leisure hump jar. (See photos on this file).
