- The assignment is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 - Construction of carpool parking and demolition of residential garden O-block Lot 2 - Relocation of fence Thomas More Kempen vzw wishes to realize a new carpool parking on campus Geel. Some of the concrete rubble from the Existing carpool parking can be recovered (as a sub-foundation) on the new one. At the same time, the contracting authority wants to have the outdated garden at the O-block removed, leveled and sown (with integrated concrete tiles for seating elements).
