In 2010, a hotel and catering school building was built on the CERIA website in order to house the chocolate, bakery, pastry and ice cream workshops. This building houses: • a ground floor composed of a home with meeting room, offices, sanitary facilities, reserves premises and 6 workshops: o Workshop 1 - Chocolate factory I - Surface: 115 m2 o Workshop 2 - Chocolate factory II - Surface: 90 m2 o Workshop 3 - Bakery - Surface: 115 m2 o Workshop 4 - Caterer and ice cream - Surface: 115 m2 O Workshop 5 - Pastry II - Surface: 115 m2 o Workshop 6 - Pastry I - Surface: 90 m2 • A basement made up of changing rooms and technical rooms. The HVAC installation does not allow normal operation of specific workshops. This work market relates to the upgrading of the HVAC installation to lead to the guarantee of the interior temperature and humidity conditions in accordance with the type of use of the workshops taking into account the criteria of functionality, cost, of reliability and operational and maintenance economy.
