Description:
This is a framework agreement entered into by negotiated procedure with prior competitive bidding, for a duration of 2 years from the notification of award, renewable 6 times for a period of 1 year (maximum duration of 8 years). This duration is the same for each batch.
The renewal operatestacitly, for each lot, at the end of each period, unless otherwise expressed by the contracting authority at least 3 months before the end of the current period. The waiver may be notified by the contracting authority by sending a registered letter to the address of the contractor.e.
The framework agreement consists of 3 lots:
LOT 1: Supply and installation of pantographs for hybrid or electric buses.
The purpose of this lot consists of the supply, installation and commissioning of chargers and pantographs in order to charging plug-in hybrid buses or electric buses.
