Call for a Public Service Concession with the object of supplying, installing, taking over, maintaining and operating publicly accessible normal Charging Infrastructure for Electric Vehicles... Call for a Public Service Concession with as object of supplying, installing, taking over, maintaining and operating publicly accessible normal Charging Infrastructure for Electric Vehicles in Mechelen and Leuven City of Mechelen city of Leuven The Concession includes the design, supply, installation, taking over, maintaining, managing and operating publicly accessible AC charging infrastructure in the territory of Mechelen and Leuven. Both new charging stations according to the Strategic Charging Plan and existing Allego stations that are to be taken over are part of the Concession. The infrastructure must meet the technical requirements, enable smart charging functionalities and be integrable into urban data and management systems. The Concession includes two Plots: one for Mechelen and one for Leuven. Tenderers can register for one or both Lots. If the same Concessionaire is awarded both Plots, the implementation may be organizationally integrated, provided that both cities can manage and report separately. There will also be something for everyone plot, a separate concession agreement must be drawn up.
