The soil is considered "polluted": category 2 based on the standards of application in urban industrial zones, ccategory 3, category 4 and category 0 included in the soil condition inventory
Call for projects 2023 BIS category 3 B - Work promotion contract for a housing building with more than 100 approved housing units (polluted soil)
This call for projects targets the construction or renovation of buildings (s) including so-called "agreed" housing and possibly other allocations at free prices (housing, businesses, etc.). The projects presented, reconciling exemplary architectural quality, high environmental quality and respect for the urban fabric, must be part of aproactive approach to sustainable development and establish themselves in neighborhoods to which they can provide complementary functions likely to improve the quality of life and urban balance or constitute city neighborhoods in themselves.
