Public contract for the promotion of works whose purpose is: Construction or creation, within a new or renovated building, of acquisitive housing, and their sale at an agreed price. Unpolluted soil: category 1 and category 2 based on application standards in residential areas in the Brussels Regions-Capital, as well as land not included in the soil condition inventory
Call for projects 2023 BIS category 1-A: Work promotion contract for a housing building of 20 to 50 approved housing units (Unpolluted soil )
This call for projects aims at the construction or renovation of building(s)including so-called "agreed" housing and possibly other allocations at free prices (housing, businesses, etc.). The projects presented, reconciling exemplary architectural quality, high environmental quality and respect for the urban fabric, must be part of a demproactive ark in terms of sustainable development and establish themselves in neighborhoods to which they can provide complementary functions likely to improve the quality of life and urban balance or constitute city districts in themselves. One of the objectives of this call forprojects is to create in the territory of the Brussels-Capital Region a leverage effect in the renovation of neighborhoods where investment in housing is deficient in order to participate in the social housing policy.
