Description:
The purpose of this call for projects is the acquisition, in Wallonia, by public service housing companies, new high -performance housing key on door built and free of occupation at the latest on June 30, 2026. The regulations in terms of public procurement does not apply to this operation under article 28, §1er of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement. Indeed, according to this provision are not subject to public procurement regulations, the markets aimed at acquiring or renting land, buildings existing or other buildings or concerning rights over these goods. The SWL and the SLSP are therefore not masters of the work as part of this call for projects.
