The city of Antwerp aims for a qualitative living environment (buildings, infrastructure, landscape, urban design, etc.). Given their major impact on the environment, public buildings receive extra attention and require extra care and consultations. School boards with construction and renovation plans within our densely built-up historic residential and working city are confronted with a lot of extra complexity. This can lead to more risk and more costs for their project. That is why the city wants to support and relieve school boards in their construction and renovation plans within the city of Antwerp. The city wants to help schools to choose a suitable process director. That is why the city wants to compile a Pool (list) with experts who can support school boards in the process management of complex school construction projects.
