- This is a framework agreement made by procedure negotiated with prior competition, for a period of 2 years from the award notification, renewable 6 times for a period of 1 year (maximum duration of 8 years). This duration is the same for each of the lots. The renewal tacitly operates, for each of the lots, at the end of each period, unless you will in the opposite direction manifested by the contractor at least 3 months before the term of the current period. The renunciation can be served by the contracting authority by sending a registered letter to the contractor.
