Description:
This assignment is issued by the autonomous municipal company Tielt, established in 8700 Tielt, Markt 13, also referred to as the "contracting authority". The person to whom the public contract will be allocated is referred to as "retractor".
2. The contracting author opts for a DBM project Expandable to DBM.
The contracting authority wishes to enter into a public private partnership to design (design) and building (build) of a new one Swimming pool in Tielt, also called project. In addition, the maintenance of the techniques (HVAC) and water treatment for 30 year (Maintain). The mandatory option will have to be provided in the full construction maintenance of the new swimming pool, including the construction physical maintenance and vehicle investments. The contracting authority will themselves be responsible for the financing and exploitation of the new swimming pool.
This Project will be further refined and aligned in the specifications, which will be transferred to the selected candidates at a later stage.
3. The contracting authority wishes to realize a classic sports pool with instruction pool but with a limited recreation in accordance with the Visienota which will be joined in Appendix 5.
The contracting authority wishes to realize at least an Ben building.
