- 1.1 The Domaine des Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure The Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure welcome 1,250,000 visitors per year and represent a major tourist center in Wallonia. The Domaine is currently developing an integrated, attractive tourism product strategy four seasons and economically sustainable. 1.2 The Halle Polyvalente: An Underutilized Asset to be Valorized The Halle Polyvalente site has significant infrastructure currently under-exploited, offering potential for the development of sporting activities, leisure and events. Infrastructure available: • Multipurpose covered hall: surface area equivalent to 3 tennis courts; • Ceiling height allowing varied activities (sports, events, leisure); • Three tennis courts exteriors (currently disused); • Annex buildings and service spaces; • Parking and access; • Location in the heart of the tourist area. 1.3 Current Situation The hall is currently used partially and not optimally: • Storage material; • Indoor play area for children (temporary installations placed on the ground); • Occasional and seasonal use; • Unused outdoor tennis courts. The non-profit association wishes to fully promote this site by developing structured activities, economically viable and integrated into the Domaine's overall offering. 1.4 Objective of this AMI Identify operators capable of: • Developing a sporting, leisure or event activity...
