This contract aims to designate an Author of project (multidisciplinary design office) whose mission is the study and monitoring of renovation work on the main runway 22L/04R at Liege airport.
The SOWAER investment program currently provides for this renovation in 2029, but this period could change. depending on the constraints linked to other major projects planned at Liege airport, in particular that of the extension of contingency runway 22R/04L.
The renovation of the main runway was the subject of a feasibility study carried out by the SOGETI design office in 2024, the final report will be annexed to the Special Specifications.
It should be noted that the work must be carried out over a limited period of time in an airport. which will remain in operation 24 hours a day during the work period. Managing the organizational constraints of the site will be an integral part of present service contract.
The program of work concerned by this Project Author mission will include in particular:
- civil engineering works,
- marking work,
