VRT is looking for legal advice and assistance in disputes in different domains. The assignment is divided into different plots. It concerns on the one hand to represent the VRT's representation when conducting a dispute for the administrative, arbitral or judicial national or international authorities of dispute settlement. This means that legal services relating to principal issues, complex legal services Business and questions. The VRT expects clearly qualitative advice that gives a concrete and pragmatic answer / solution to questions / problems and thus means a substantial and practical value added for the VRT. The assignment holder must also have good communication skills and therefore be able to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers in a pedagogical manner.
