- This special specifications for the charges organizes a joint public market within the meaning of articles 2, 36 and 48 of the law of June 17, 2016 passed on behalf and on behalf of several contracting authorities with an economic operator and aimed at services in the field ofBusiness revisorate. The ASBLs have a legal obligation under the law of June 27, 1921 to acquire one or more business revisers for the revision of their annual accounts. The missions of the business reviewer relate to the legal checks of accounting exercises 2025, 2026and 2027. This market is not subdivided into lots, insofar as the contracting authority wishes to have only one interlocutor for the revisorate missions of the asbls referred to in article I.3 of this CSC, and that the other revisorate missions including the contractor and the entities relatedto the latter are needed are the subject of distinct procedures.
