- The assignment provides for the organization of bus transport for students during the 2025-2026 school year (not during the school holidays).
The assignment is subdivided into the following, plots to be granted separately:
- Plot 1: bus transport BKO (out-of-school childcare)- school year 2025-2026
- PERCEL2: Bus transport library - school year 2025-2026
The tenderer can submit a quotation for one or both plots. It is forbidden to supplement the quotation with improvement proposals that the tenderer per plot allows in the event of merger of the plots.
The contracting authority has the rightIn order not to grant a plot and possibly decide to include this in a new assignment, if necessary according to another procedure.
each plot can be tacitly extended three times for one school year each. The contracting authority and the contractor can cancel an extension with a registeredLetter that must be sent to the co -contractor at least five months before the start of the new school year. No compensation can be required for not extending a plot. The assignment will end by operation of law and without prior notice on 30 June 2029.
