Description:
The assignment concerns a new fire staircase between the Altena country house and adjacent service flats in the Altena Park in Kontich. The staircase is being built against the existing building, and access the existing roof floor of the country house. The existing small steps on the roof are demolishedAnd replaced by a galvanized steel passerelle to the new fire staircase. The fire staircase itself consists of an open ground floor with 4 concrete columns, on which a galvanized steel structure is placed. This upper part is surrounded by a stainless steel net. The assignment includes the fullWorking for the stairs: the small demolition works, the foundation, concrete works, steel works, necessary adjustments to the roof, the stairs, landing and balustrades, the door to close the stairs, lighting and emergency lighting, painting and a small planting for the vegetation of the StrucTuur.
