The present project is subsidized via Water+Land+Schap 2.0. That is why a deadline is attached to it and the implementation period must be very strictly taken. The latest invoices for the works must be submitted at the latest before the end of February 2026. With water+land+shelf 2.0 we takeflooding and drought in the context of Blue Deal. 16 area -oriented projects and 8 system innovations are going to work. There is cooperation on site on a water+land+sheep area that collects climate shocks. A well -functioning water system, an attractive landscape and climate -robust agricultureare the building blocks of that. More information on www.vlm.be. This initiative is part of a program by the Flemish Land Agency (VLM) that is part of the Blue Deal. The Blue Deal is a program that launched the Flemish government in the fight against water scarcity and drought. The programContains more than 70 promotions and 400 projects. With the Blue Deal, Flanders takes the way of less paving, more watering and maximum circular water use. The aim of the present project is to realize additional water storage in the valley of the food in order to reduce a reductionof the chance of flooding at the center of 's Gravenvoeren.
