- The purpose of this contract is the interior transformation and renovation of the roof of the building of the non-profit association Ras El Hanout, located inside the block at 17-19 rue du Ruisseau in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean. It mainly includes the replacement of the sloping roof with an insulated flat roof, the optimization of interior spaces (auditorium, offices, workshop rooms, staircases) and the regularization of certain existing arrangements. Beyond the technical work, this project aims to offer new breathing space to a place of creation, transmission and gathering. Ras El Hanout is a cultural actor anchored in his neighborhood, who has worked for more than fifteen years to promote social inclusion, artistic expression and intercultural dialogue. Renovating its infrastructure means giving it the means to continue to welcome diverse audiences with dignity, in optimal conditions of comfort, safety and accessibility. We expect impeccable quality of execution from those involved, while respecting standards, deadlines and the spirit of the place.
