Description:
The assignment concerns the renovation of building section D.U-C on Campus Drie Eiken of the University of Antwerp. This building houses three research groups that work with animal experiments and will remain in use during the works. Careful planning and phasing is required essential so as not to disrupt research activities. The HVAC lot includes the partial dismantling of the existing installations and the installation of new ventilation, heating and cooling installations. Also adapting an existing ventilation system and the expansion of a new ventilation system are part of the assignment. The HVAC contractor works closely with the secondary contractors of Electricity, Construction and Lab Furniture. Nuisance caused by noise, vibrations and dust must be kept to a minimum to stay. Music or noisy behavior on the site is prohibited. The provisions of the safety and health plan (Eveka bvba) and the smoking ban on campus strictly apply.
