Description:
After the cessation of water extraction in Bijlokstraat, the municipality received many complaints from local residents about insertioning groundwater in the basement. As a municipality, we want to support the affected citizens as much as possible, among other things by guiding them and advising them in the steps they Doing business to protect their basement against insurrying groundwater. Given the large differences in homes, the extent to which people suffer damage and the self -reliance of the affected citizens, advice and guidance are designated from the individual homes and residents. We are looking for one External partner who has the necessary architectural knowledge to offer this guidance. Specifically, we wish that this partner: - analyzes the problem in the home during a first location; - The different techniques overflow with the residents and the pros and cons of possible Techniques discusses for the specific situation (also financially); - explains the municipal subsidy (regulations in layout); - together with the owner makes a choice about the technology that one will use; - referring to the municipality/ OCMW where necessary if additional or specific guidance necessary.
