- The subject of the Assignment is the works, deliveries, services, transport, labor and all resources required for the execution of:
Technical management, operation and maintenance (rental maintenance) as well as the total guarantee of the HVAC, electrical and sanitary installations. of block C of de Residence Palace.
The assignment is divided into the following parts:
•installations for central heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
•cooling installations, ice water or direct expansion
•water treatment installations
•sanitary hot water installations (production and distribution)
•city watersub-installations
•all rainwater, drainage, sewer, faeces and sanitary installations (including appliances and inspection chambers)
•electrical H.V.A.C. installations
•security installations in connection with H.V.A.C. (fire damper, gas detection...) of the Residence Palace block C
•fire brigade signs(firefighters)
•hygiene installations (pulsations and extractions restaurant, kitchen, dishes; sanitary extractions)
•analyses and treatments (air, heating water, ice water, sanitary water, fountain, etc.)
•remote management systems
•lighting installations in all technical HVAC rooms.
•emergency lightingting installations
• fire protection and installation (including kitchen gas extinguishers, smoke exhaust ducts, fire extinguishers, hydrants, etc.)
• fire and alarm systems
