- This contract is a works contract. It includes the execution of the following works: Drainage and development work on the Alsemberg roadway between the Mont-Saint-Pont roundabout and rue de la Colonelle, in Braine-l'Alleud It is planned: - Works to be carried out by SPGE: all works, services, supplies and constraints necessary for the complete construction of the drainage system including: Laying pipes in open trenches Carrying out preliminary cleanings and endoscopies Carrying out linings and fitting caps Supplying and installing inspection chambers The appropriation of existing inspection rooms preserved All work, supplies, costs not included in the special specifications or on the plans, but deriving directly or indirectly from those described in the special specifications and its annexes, such as miscellaneous costs, signaling and safety measures, the repair and maintenance of works during the warranty period, the replacement of defective supplies, etc. - Works borne by the municipality: all works, services, supplies and constraints necessary for the complete construction of the development of roads including: Milling of hydrocarbon coating on roads Demolition of various coverings on sidewalks, including foundations Demolition of linear elements, including foundations Earthworks in spoil Implementation of coating hydrocarbo...
