Description: In the course of the year 2020, DGE Dig's Digital Transformation has been extensively worked within the FPSa - DG DG DG around a pilot project that Bosabot was baptized. This pilot concerns a chatbot application based on a specific usecase, in particular the supervision and support of candidates who wish to apply for the government. During the preparatory workshops that were part of the assignment it turned out that the various support services where citizens questions have been treated, had a large knowledge database that could be used as a source material.
In practice, this Bosabot pilot evolved from a limited experiment to a specific chatbot that is capable of asking a large amount of questions, which otherwise at the first-line call center, mail or telephone to employees, end up, automatically collect and answer.
