- The hospital wishes to replace 3 heating boilers, including 2 gas boilers and 1 fuel oil kettle. They must be replaced by 2 new condensing gas boilers and 1 heat-power coupling installation (CHP). The tenderer is responsible for the demolition and removal of the old boilers, the remediation of the fireplaces, the adjustment of the pipes and the placement of the facilities for a new digital regulation. The works must be completed before October 1, the start of the coming heating season. After the construction leave, the hospital then plans the placement of the new boilers. During the works, the heating must be guaranteed by the contractor. Place of execution: Regional Hospital Heilig Hart, Naamsestraat 105, 3000 Leuven - Level -1 van A Blok in the central fireplace.
