This contract concerns a boiler replacement work mission and aims to obtain the services of a competent professional capable of carrying out the work in its entirety. This contract contains two required options: The first option required relates to a maintenance and upkeep contract (including travel, labor, spare parts, etc.) for a period of 10 years from the end of the warranty period. The second required option relates to a total guarantee (omnium: including travel, labor, spare parts, etc.) for a period of 10 years from the end of the warranty period.
