- This contract consists of the supply of drinks for three rest and care homes (505 beds), two children's homes (30 beds) and the meeting rooms of the Central Administration. In the event of special events (see below), deliveries may be made to other sitesof the CPAS (still in Verviers territory).
The contract may be terminated under the legal conditions specified in point II.13 "Failure to perform and sanction".
The company constitutes a price schedule market (stock market).
The quantities included in this contract are supplied topurely indicative so suppliers will not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities are not reached.
This market is made up of four lots:
- Waters,
- Sodas and fruit juices,
- Table beers,
- Individual drinks, wines and spirits.
This lot concernsthe supply of drinks for the cafeterias of rest homes or during events organized by the Public Social Action Center of Verviers.
