- OBJECT OF THIS WORK “Bergerven water access gate - construction of a walking boulevard (plank path and path in natural crushed stone)” EXPLANATION The path is part of the new entrance gate to the Hoge Kempen National Park. It concerns the construction of a walking path that starts at the parking lot of De Borg sports hall and ends at the bridge to 't Eilandje. In addition, a limited part will be constructed on the left bank (Warstraat side). Part of the route is designed in a nature-related manner crushed stone (level paths) and partly as a floating plank path. The trail is located in a natural environment. COMMENCEMENT AND EXECUTION PERIOD The assignment commences on the day determined in the initial order. The contracting authority strives aims to start the works in August 2026. The implementation period is a maximum of 90 working days. The tenderer is asked to indicate the number of working days that he believes are necessary to carry out the work as an appendix to his quotation. (action plan - award criteria). If the tenderer states a shorter implementation period in his action plan, he is bound by this implementation period. The tenderer must take into account that no works may take place in the building breeding season (March 15 to July 15).
