The subject of this market is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of copper friction for the food of metro vehicles. They will be of the 'Proven Design' type, which means that it must be made of an existing concept whose reliability can be demonstrated by referring to applications in the field of public transport by railway. It is 1,200 to 1800 pieces on average per year from 2024, and the supplier must Provide a buffer stock of approximately 1,500 rooms. The latter must be able to be delivered to the STIB within 10 days after the order (by appeal with a 150pc MOQ). The quantities are based on a Rolling Forecast with the quantity for the first year (2024) being firm. After this period, the quantities may be adapted by mutual agreement. The number of assets envisaged is preferably 2, allowing the second classified of the bidders, in decreasing order, to act as back-up.
