The purpose of this contract is to supply pharmacies on the various sites of the contracting authority with compression stockings for the prevention of thromboembolism and for therapeutic purposes.

Allotment
The market is divided into lots as follows:
Number Title
Lot 1 Compression stockings whose pressure at the ankle is between 10 and 15 mmHg
Lot 2Compression stockings and knee-highs with ankle pressure between 15 and 32 mmHg
Bidders may respond to one batch, or both batches. Bidders will not be able to propose an improvement of the offer, nor an additional discount in the event of of submission to the 2 lots.

It is prohibited to offer free options.

Duration of the market
The deal will be concluded for an initial duration of 2 years, tacitly renewable twice for successive terms of 1 year, thus bringing the maximum duration of the market to 4 years (2+1+1).
