- The object of the market is the provision of Heras type barriers or equivalent to ensure a security perimeter around the Sainte-Marie-Madeleine church in Tournai. These barriers will be installed to replace the barriers currently present but whose rental ends in April 2025. Following winter climate conditions (gel-degel cycle), it appears that stones from the facades of the building Disadvantage. Elements fall on the public highway and compromise security around the building. The establishment of these barriers must ensure public security on the direct area of the building, pending the restoration work on the building envelope. This market provides for a monthly visit to ensure that the security system is always well in place and in order. The market relates to a period of 1 year, renewable 3x (maximum 4 years).
