This contract is divided into lots: Lot 1 Recovery of unpaid parking fees having specific enforceability under article 137bis of the New Municipal Law Quantity: 18,000, Unit: piece - QP - per year. Lot 2 1. Recovery of unpaid municipal taxes. Quantity: 100, Unit: piece - QP - per year. 2. The recovery of unpaid debts having specific enforceability under article 137bis of the New Municipal Law Quantity: 100, Unit: piece - QP - per year. 3. Recovery of unpaid administrative fines Quantity: 1000, Unit: piece - QP - per year. 4. Unilateral termination of legal cohabitation Quantity: 10, Unit: piece - QP - per year. Comment: This contract is a public service contract which concerns bailiff services for a period of one year. The start date of the contract will be specified in the notification of the conclusion of the contract. The latter will automatically end at the end of a year, the day before the anniversary date at midnight. The contract execution period is 1 year with possible renewals for a maximum total duration of four years. Renewal: Each lot of the market may be renewed a maximum of three times for a period of one year, in accordance with article 57, paragraph 2 of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to public procurement.
