Description:
First phase: This public procedure leads to a framework agreement with several contractors who are selected for the supply, installation, maintenance and adjustment of the ITS application and RIS as part of certified intelligent traffic controllers (hereinafter: 'iVRI'). Under delivery This means providing services to make the ITS application and RIS work functionally, whereby both applications are purchased according to the Software as a Service principle. Second phase: This phase is repetitive and leads to: A request for a simulation based on a model of the client. The results of the simulation can be included in the selections for subsequent mini-competitions. or A mini-competition that leads to the awarding of an agreement per mini-competition to a maximum of one contractor.
