- This assignment is an assignment of services for the performance of traffic counts and the mapping of traffic parameters in Flanders. These services relate to the collaboration, processing and supply of temporary (but representative) traffic parameters on non-fast roads inFlanders. The traffic counts can be carried out on roads that are under the management of the Flemish government and on city or municipal roads. This assignment is subdivided into 3 sub -assignments: sub -assignment 1: Traffic appointments; Sub -assignment 2: capacity and occupancy rate ofcarpool and (truck) car parks;
