Since our current structure and human resources will not be sufficient to cover all tasks, integrating an external service provider is a logical next step. This approach allows us to flexibly access additional capacity and specialized knowledge when required without overloading our internal team. External support for basic cleaning: One of the biggest challenges for our staff is the annual basic cleaning during the summer holidays, when the majority of the staff is on vacation. Our staff is in accordance with the work regulations are obliged to take the main holiday during school holidays, which means that we only have 50% of staff available during the summer holidays. In addition, unforeseen factors such as illness, special leave or additional use of the building during the holidays further bottlenecks. In order to ensure the annual basic cleaning of the schools and to meet the expectations of the building users, an external service provider is commissioned to take on these tasks during the month of July-August.
