"Auto civil liability" and "roadside assistance" insurance (lot 1) for the automobile fleet of the Central Office for Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defense (OCASC) and multi-risk insurance for service trips of its staff with a personal vehicle (lot 2)
The subject of the contract is an agreement for "automotive civil liability" and "roadside assistance" insurance for the vehicle fleet of the Central Office for Social and Cultural Action of Defense (OCASC) and multi-risk insurance for OCASC service trips with vehicles personal. This service contract then includes 2 lots, namely: • Lot 1: Civil liability insurance for OCASC service vehicles and breakdown assistance for OCASC service vehicles • Lot 2: Insurance for damage caused to personal vehicles of members of OCASC staff when traveling with their personal vehicle as part of their duties. The bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots. The evaluation of the offers based on the award criteria will be done by lot as well as the decision-making to award the contract or not. This is a 1-year contract with the annual possibility of tacitly extending the contract under exactly the same conditions and a maximum of 3 times (see point 2.2 of the CSC).
