Purpose and scope of the mission
The purpose of the contract is a complete project authorship mission for:
• The restoration of the listed elements of the built complex including the Janson Auditorium and the Student House;
• The redevelopment and possible additional work to extend the complexbuilding area;
• The complete redevelopment of the surrounding areas following the defined perimeter.
The mission of the A.P. includes the following services relating to a complete mission:
• Programming studies;
• Architectural studies;
• Stability studies
• Special technical studies including all thes connections to be made;
• Studies of surrounding areas and landscaping;
• Services for coordinating studies;
• Services for environmental and sustainable expertise, PEB and impacts;
• Services for expertise in water treatment asbestos and asbestos removal;
• Acoustic serviceses and vibrations;
• Services linked to the study of compliance with rules relating to "fire safety";
• Services linked to assets;
• Services linked to health and safety coordination;
• Services linked to PRMs;
• Execution coordination and budgetary control servicesre to allow construction as a general contractor.
