Description:
The framework agreement consists of two parts: the organization of events and services (including equipment) on demand. 1. Events: The awarded supplier will provide integral support to the 'Events' service for the organization and implementation of events. Both big beeevents of more than 250 people (such as the executive meeting, the Fluvius day, New Year's reception…) and smaller meetings with fewer than 250 participants (such as information sessions for management boards, DNB meetings…) are in scope. For large events, the partner is on board vafrom the concept phase up to and including realization: for each assignment a proposal is worked out of concept, technical set-up, required material and technical support during the event. He is responsible for the build-up, the smooth running of the meeting, the break-down after the event and for a whiletuual aftercare.2. Material and services on demand: - Rent / purchase of audiovisual resources (e.g. sound installation) - Maintenance of these resources (e.g. repairs) - Technical support for the Fluvius studio and at events - Advice (technique / furnishing) - Logistics (storage)It is not about multimedia solutions for the Fluvius meeting rooms. Fixed installations within Fluvius buildings that are not operated by a technician are managed by the ICT systems service...
