- The framework agreement covers the temporary rental of technical equipment and the provision of services in the audiovisual sector and for live performances. The purpose of this solution is to provide contracting authorities with flexibility and responsiveness especially in the event of sudden work overload, equipment unavailability or to meet one-off requirements related to specific projects, without transfer of ownership. In the context of this framework agreement for Live Art, the contractor is expected to provide the following services and deliveries: -Supply of audiovisual equipment necessary for the operation; -Providing the technical documentation with the equipment (user manuals, technical data sheets, wiring diagrams, etc.); -Preparation and processing of files necessary for exploitation (audiovisual content, configurations, etc.); -Delivery and unloading of equipment on site, in complete safety and in compliance with the access restrictions; -Complete installation of equipment: mounting, electrical connections in accordance with standards, initial video, sound and light adjustments, as well as first-level maintenance. -Electrical and technical connections made in accordance with current standards. -Calibrate the design of the technical control room and the sound, light and video systems for optimal broadcast quality; -Provision of directors and staff...
