Description:
The framework agreement covers the temporary rental of technical equipment and the provision of services in the audiovisual sector and for live performances. The purpose of this solution is to provide flexibility and responsiveness to the contracting authority, especially in the case of a sudden work overload, unavailability of equipment or to meet one-off requirements related to specific projects, without transfer of ownership.
In the context of this framework agreement for Live Art, the contractor will, among other things, provide the following services and deliveries expected:
-Supply of audiovisual equipment necessary for the operation;
-Providing the technical documentation accompanying the equipment (user manuals, technical data sheets, wiring diagrams, etc.);
-Preparation and processing of files necessary for exploitation (audiovisual content, configurations, etc.);
-Delivery and unloading of equipment on site, in complete safety and in compliance with access restrictions;
-Complete installation of equipment: assembly, electrical connections in accordance with standards, initial video, sound and light adjustments, as well as first level maintenance.
-Make electrical and technical connections in accordance with current standards.
